(Lois Bersell Olson) Pepparkakor recipe:
1/2 c butter
2/3 c brown sugar
1/3 c honey
1 egg
2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp coriander
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Mix all together. Chill. Roll out to 1/8” thick and cut out with shapes. Bake at 375 degrees F for 5-7 minutes. Makes 4 dozen
